Hi, I’m Terra

Hi, I'm a recent graduate from San Francisco School of Massage and Bodywork. If I could sum up the type of massage I offer in three words it would be parasympathetic restoration and rebalance. I believe healing happens when we're able to really relax. I honor the bravery it takes to get on the massage table and want to collaborate with you to create the massage you want. People with trauma and chronic illness are safe here. I have a background in cleaning houses, so I approach massage similarly. Things need to get messy in order to get clean and sometimes we just need a good massage to feel shiny again.
